The founder
Fifteen years around bar associations.
I’m Chang Lim. I practiced law for fifteen years, then left to start Three Turtles. Along the way I served on six bar association boards, and I learned firsthand what volunteer board members are up against: a full-time practice, a family, and the bar association on top of that.
I started Three Turtles to take that weight off, so board members and staff can spend their limited time on the things only they can do: representing the association in the community, speaking up on important issues, and building the pipeline.
